Refund policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Damage in transit

If your order arrived in a damage condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Please take photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping materials. We will assess the matters based on your report and photos and remedy accordingly with our carrier.

General Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchange

You must get in touch with us before returning any items.

We offer refund or exchange when the item:

  • has an issue that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • is defective or damaged due to our error

Please contact us to discuss issues within 14 days of receipt of your order before returning any items.

You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If the issue with the product was caused by the consumer mishandling it, we will not be liable for any costs to remedy.

Please understand that many of our products are handcrafted and there may be slight differences between each knife. Due to this nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund, but can offer an exchange or store credit if you are unhappy with your item that has a slight difference from what is described and presented in our listing. 

2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unused, unmarked and with all packaging intact. 

3. Returning Process

Depending on the nature of matter, the following process may vary.

  1. Contact and discuss the matter with us.
  2. We will ask you to send some photos of the product and its packaging to verify the product and condition. 
  3. We will ask you to fuilfill the item as you have recieved from us and ship the item in the original shipping box and materials if they are still useful, or in a reasonably similar materials. We will ask you to post with signature on delivery option.
  4. Once it arrives at us, we will verify the item and access the condition.
  5. Refund will be processed. 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Sale items or gift cards

5. Fees Associated with Shipping and Payment

Shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable, however depending on the nature of matter, we will offer you free shipping and payment processing fees. 

Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unused, unmarked and with all packaging intact.

6. Any Other Circumstances

If you have a warranty/defect concern, please get in touch with us and we will make sure the matter is looked into.

Depending on the nature of matter, we may compensate you for any drop in value.
